OUR CLINIC
A formal referral from your GP is not necessary to see any of our Practitioners. However, if you have been given one we do accept referrals from GP's, Specialists and other Health Professionals.
Patients may be eligible to claim rebates from their Health Fund providers. Our clinic has Hi-caps facilities to claim your private health insurance and Medicare rebates on the spot with your valid membership card.

Podiatry

New patients, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete our new patient form if you haven't completed the online form via our text message or email link.

If you have a referral letter or EPC (Medicare care plan) from your Doctor or are visiting us through Workcover or another third party provider, you will need to bring all and any relevant documentation to your appointment. Please also ensure you have your Medicare Card.

If you are visiting us for a footwear or orthotic related reason or have any relevant xray's or ultrasounds, please make sure you bring them to your appointment.

If you are booked in for an orthotic review, please ensure you bring along any orthotics and/or footwear that you most frequently wear.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients.
In order to be respectful of our team and other patients, we require at least 24 hours notice, if rescheduling is necessary.
Patients who give less then 24hrs hours notice or do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a No-Show / Late Cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding
